DenmarkWatch online live stream DR Ramasjang
DR Ramasjang is the dedicated children's channel of DR, Denmark's national public broadcaster - ad-free Danish television for children aged roughly three to ten, also streaming today via online TV.
The channel first launched on 1 November 2009, uniting all of DR's children's programming in one safe and trusted space. It broadcasts from early morning until bedtime every day of the week and has become a daily fixture in Danish family life.
A Safe Place to Grow Up Watching TV
Ramasjang's daily world is built from Danish-made series, sing-alongs, crafts, songs and playful learning, with beloved hosts and much-loved puppet characters such as Bamse and Kylling - Bear and Chicken - and the salty Onkel Reje. The famous evening ritual sees the presenters put on their pyjamas and read a goodnight bedtime story, famously putting the whole country's kids to sleep as gentle live television.
Public Service for the Smallest Viewers
Every single programme on the channel is chosen under DR's public-service remit: absolutely no advertising, Danish language and values, and formats that gently teach friendship, nature, numbers and creativity. The full back catalogue also lives on the DRTV streaming app.
A DR Ramasjang live stream today lets Danish children at home and abroad watch their favourite characters in their own native language.
