Channels Television is Nigeria's leading 24-hour news broadcaster, transmitting from Lagos since July 1995. Founded by veteran broadcasters John and Sola Momoh, it has grown from a single Lagos station into a network with bureaus in Johannesburg, Dubai, London and Washington DC, followed across Africa and by everyone who prefers to watch television online.

The station's newsroom culture has earned it Nigeria's TV Station of the Year award more than a dozen times, a record no domestic rival has matched. Reporters cover politics, business and security from every state of the federation, and the channel is often first on air when a major story breaks in Abuja or Lagos.

Around-the-Clock Journalism From Lagos

The broadcast day opens with Sunrise Daily, the flagship breakfast programme where anchors and guests argue over the morning's headlines. Evening hours belong to Politics Today, a hard-hitting look at power and policy, while correspondents file fresh reports between the big editions, keeping an audience that follows live TV channels informed wherever it is.

News at Ten and the Debates Nigerians Quote

The flagship News at Ten remains the appointment bulletin of the night, summing up national and international events with analysis from the station's senior editors. Weekend interviews, business briefings and youth-focused talk round out a schedule built for a young, politically engaged audience.

Channels Television live streaming brings that newsroom to any screen: expatriates following events back home, professionals tracking the markets and anyone who wants Nigerian news as it happens can tune in free, day and night.
