Watch online live stream Belarus 5

Belarus 5 is the national sports channel of Belarus, launched in October 2013 by Belteleradiocompany, the state broadcaster, ahead of the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Minsk. It was the first channel in the country devoted entirely to sport, and it remains the home screen for fans who follow Belarusian teams and athletes, both on the air and among viewers who prefer to watch TV online.

The station belongs to the Belteleradio family alongside Belarus 1 and Belarus 24, and its editorial focus is firmly domestic: the national hockey championship, football leagues, biathlon, athletics and amateur sport all find airtime here. An international version, Belarus 5 International, carries selected matches and programs abroad.

Live Action From Minsk and Beyond

The weekly grid is anchored by live hockey broadcasts, with the Belarusian extraleague and national team fixtures pulling the largest audiences. Football coverage follows the top flight and cup ties through the season, while the winter months shift attention to biathlon and cross-country skiing. Between matches the timetable fills with magazine shows, athlete interviews and highlights. Major occasions, from Olympic qualifiers to tournaments hosted in Minsk, get special editions that take over the day's lineup. For many supporters this steady rhythm of live television has become the default way to keep up with the game.

Screen Time for Films and Sport Stories

Away from live fixtures the channel programs documentary features and sports cinema: retrospective films about Olympic champions, portraits of celebrated coaches and chronicles of memorable seasons, alongside replays of classic matches and children's sport segments on weekend mornings.

Today Belarus 5 live streaming keeps the signal within reach beyond the television set, letting supporters follow every puck drop and final siren wherever the day finds them.
