Watch online live stream France 2

France 2 is the flagship generalist channel of French public television, part of the France Televisions group and a daily habit for viewers who follow live TV online. The station took its current name on September 7, 1992, succeeding Antenne 2, and its roots reach back to 1959, when France's second national channel first went on air.

Broadcast from Paris on TNT, satellite, cable, IPTV and the web, the channel sets out to entertain, educate and inform, mixing fiction, cinema and sports with rolling news - a rewarding destination for anyone who likes to watch live TV through the day.

From Morning Coffee to Prime Time

The day opens with Télématin, the breakfast show that has accompanied French mornings since 1985, and continues through seven daily news sessions anchored by the Journal de 13 heures and the Journal de 20 heures. Between the bulletins, game shows such as Tout le monde veut prendre sa place and N'oubliez pas les paroles! keep afternoons lively, while prime time belongs to French and international series, films and big event television.

Newsroom Faces and Flagship Investigations

The channel's best-known figures include news anchors Julian Bugier and Marie Drucker, alongside Laurent Delahousse, whose Sunday evening magazine has become an institution. Investigation holds a special place in the lineup: Envoyé spécial has reported from the field since 1990, Complément d'enquête digs into current affairs, and Cash Investigation, fronted by Élise Lucet, has made headlines of its own since 2012. Sports fans associate the station with Roland-Garros, the Tour de France and the Olympic Games.

France 2 live streaming keeps all of this within reach far beyond French borders, carrying the full broadcast to screens worldwide so that expatriates and francophiles can stay close to French public television wherever they are.
